Innovative Sparq Enterprises (iSparq) was founded in 2008 by serial entrepreneur, Don Thomas.

iSparq was primarily known as a healthcare informatics and revenue cycle management (RCM) organization for the first few years of existence. Owner, Don, is a visionary and a calculated risk taker. So in 2010, iSparq took the risk and changed its vision and moved into the automation space, with the mantra of being the Sparq of Innovation. We see the potential in how technology can positively change the lives of everyone, and we want to be the catalyst to your success.

Since then, iSparq has worked in a variety of automation spaces; including but not limited to, manufacturing, healthcare, banking and financial, and energy. We take the stance that we are automation platform agnostic, or in other words we don’t know which robotic processing automation (RPA) platform is best for you, so we don’t sell software, and we cannot be influenced. Our goal is to help your organization be the best at what it does though automation and we want to help you on this journey.

Don has always been passionate about technology, engineering, and software. He founded iSparq to fill a gap in the automation space and help educate businesses to maximize their success.
